Please note the following amendment to the previous announcement concerning American Secretary of State John Kerry’s arrival at Ciampino Military airport on Tuesday 22 October 2013:
TV crews accredited to film the arrival should report directly to Ciampino Civil Airport (Aviazione Generale) at 17.50 of Tuesday 22 October 2013 and not at 18.50 as previously announced.
Online accreditation system. Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in following the event should:
– complete the interactive form available at http://mae.accreditationsystem.info/ITA/Indice.asp
– attach all required documentation (if not already submitted) to the form, in digital format
Required documentation:
– a letter from your media organisation
– for foreign journalists in Italy: a note verbale issued by the Embassy in Rome of your media organisation’s country no later than 14.00 of Tuesday 22 October 2013.
Please note that applications received after this time will not be considered.
