On Monday 25 November 2013, at 09.30, the Italy–Russia Media Forum will take place at the Farnesina, in the International Conference Hall. Foreign Minister Emma Bonino and the Russian Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov, will be addressing the Forum.
The Media Forum is organised in conjunction with the bilateral summit taking place on 26 November in Trieste as part of the Italian-Russian Dialogue Forum. The aim of the Media Forum is to encourage exchanges of ideas by journalists, experts and other representatives of civil society (including young students) on issues of priority interest for the two countries.
The initiative is particularly significant in light of Italy’s keen interest in revitalising our strategic partnership with Russia and creating opportunities for dialogue on the institutional, economic and social modernisation process the Federation is taking forward.
