A meeting of the Coordinating Committee of the Ministers of Italy and Slovenia will take place at Villa Madama in Rome on Tuesday 27 May 2014.
Meeting participants will include representatives of both countries’ Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Economic Development, Agriculture, Food and Forestry Policies, Environment, Infrastructure and Transport and Education, Universities and Research.
The day’s agenda includes two press moments:
· 16:00 approx.– Family Photo
· 18:15 approx. – Signing of declaration and press conference with foreign ministers.
Online accreditation system. Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in following the event should:
– complete the interactive form available athttp://mae.accreditationsystem.info/ITA/Indice.asp
– attach all required documentation (if not already submitted) to the form, in digital format
Required documentation:
– a letter from your media organisation
– for foreign journalists in Italy: a note verbale issued by the Embassy in Rome of your media organisation’s country.
If you are unable to complete the online accreditation procedure, please send your application by fax, on your media organisation’s letterhead, to the Foreign Ministry’s Press and Institutional Communication Service (tel. 06/3691.3432 – fax 06/3691.2122).
Accredited members of the press will be admitted at the rear entrance to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Via Macchia della Farnesina – according to the following schedule:
– photographers and TV crews, between 14:00 and 14:45 and no later (to cover arrivals, family photo plenary roundtable and signing of the declaration);
– journalists, between 17:00 and 17:45 (to cover the press conference).
Since Villa Madama is closed to private vehicles, a shuttle service will be running between the ministry and the Villa from 14:00 to the end of the event.
