ACCREDITATION NOTICE – Farnesina Collection, meeting with artist Nicola Carrino (Farnesina, 26 May 2015)

The first in a cycle of a series of encounters with artists featured in the Farnesina Art Collection will take place on Tuesday 26 May at 17:00 at the Farnesina, organised within the context of “Farnesina Doors Open” week (22-29 May). The guest artist will be Nicola Carrino.

The encounter will be opened by Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Ambassador Antonio Bernardini and Deputy Director of the Directorate General for Country Promotion Massimo Riccardo. Director and member of the scientific committee of the MAXXI Museum of Art Anna Mattirolo will present a catalogue-guide to the collection on behalf of her committee, to be followed by a discussion between Nicola Carrino and Prof. Enrico Crispolti. Moderator will be art critic and journalist Gabriele Simongini.

The opening of the exhibition “At the origins of the European Union. Italian Architecture and Art for the Farnesina Palace” will follow.

– complete the interactive form available at http://mae.accreditationsystem.info/ITA/Indice.asp

– attach all required documentation (if not already submitted) to the form, in digital format

Required documentation:

– a letter from your media organisation

– for foreign journalists in Italy: a note verbale issued by the Embassy in Rome of your media organisation’s country.

If you are unable to complete the online accreditation procedure, please send your application by fax, on your media organisation’s letterhead, to the Foreign Ministry’s Press and Institutional Communication Service (tel. 06/3691.3432-8573-8210).

Accredited members of the press will be admitted at the main entrance to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs – left side – at 16.30.
