On Monday 11 July at the Farnesina, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Paolo Gentiloni, will meet the United Nations Special Envoy for Syria, Staffan de Mistura, and the Chief Coordinator of the High Negotiations Committee (HNC) of the Syrian opposition, Riad Hijab.
The day’s agenda has scheduled the following press points:
- 10:15 a.m.: Joint press conference of Minister Paolo Gentiloni and the United Nations Special Envoy for Syria, Staffan de Mistura;
- 11:45 a.m.: Joint press conference of Minister Paolo Gentiloni and the Chief Coordinator of the High Negotiations Committee (HNC) of the Syrian opposition, Riad Hijab.
Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in following the event are requested to apply for online accreditation by filling the interactive form at the link http://mae.accreditationsystem.info/ITA/Indice.asp, attaching thereto, unless already provided, the information requested in digital format (letter from the media organisation and, for representatives of foreign media, also a Note Verbal released by the Embassy in Rome of the media organisation’s Country).

Accredited journalists, photographers and TV crews should enter the Ministry from the rear entrance on Via della Macchia della Farnesina, from 9:15 to 11:30 a.m.
