On Friday, 2 December at 5 p.m. the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Paolo Gentiloni will meet the U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry at Rome’s Hotel Parco dei Principi, within the framework of Forum Med 2016.
A joint press conference is scheduled at the end of the meeting.
Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in following the event are requested to apply for accreditation by sending an email to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation’s Institutional Press and Communication Service at the following address: accreditamentostampa@esteri.it (Tel. + 39 06/3691.3432 or 8573 or 8210), attaching thereto the letter of his/her media organisation (or press card) and, for members of the foreign press, a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organisation’s Country.
Press representatives who have already submitted the requested documents to obtain accreditation for the Med Forum are exempted from having to send it in a second time.
All those not previously accredited for the Med Forum Conference, will have to be collect their accreditation badges in person at the Conference Centre of Grand Hotel Parco dei Principi, Via G. Frescobaldi, 5.
