On Tuesday, 2 May 2017, from 3 to 4 p.m., the Farnesina will host the event “One Arctic”, the first youth simulation of the Arctic Council in Italy organised by the Italian Society for International Organization (SIOI) in association with the Embassy of the United States in Italy, with the attendance of Undersecretary Benedetto Della Vedova.
Remarks will be made by Franco Frattini, the president of the SIOI, Benedetto Della Vedova, undersecretary of State for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Kelly Degnan, chargé d’affaires ad interim of the United States of America, Janne Taalas, the ambassador of Finland to Italy and Massimo Comparini, CEO of E-GEOS.
Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in following the event are requested to apply for accreditation in one of the following two ways:

– by sending an email to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation’s Institutional Press and Communication Service at the following address: accreditamentostampa@esteri.it (Tel. + 39 06/3691.3432 or 8573 or 8210), attaching thereto the letter of his/her media organisation (or press card) and, for members of the foreign press, a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organisation’s Country.
Accredited journalists, photographers and TV crews may enter the Ministry from the main entrance – left-hand side – from 2 to 2:45 p.m.
