Under the Italian Presidency of the G7, the G7 Foreign Ministers Meeting will be held in Lucca on 10 and 11 April 2017.
Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in following the G7 Foreign Ministers Meeting are requested to apply for ad hoc accreditation on the online accreditation platform that will be active from Saturday, 8 April 2017, in the Accreditation section of the Italian Presidency of the G7, at www.g7italy.it.
The accreditation procedure requires participants to register online by filling out a form and uploading the following documents:
– a letter from the media organisation represented, signed by the Editor-in-Chief, containing the following information: name, surname, place and date of birth, job title, cell phone number and e-mail address;
– a scan of a valid Passport or ID document;
– a passport photo (JPEG format, low resolution).
Freelance journalists are requested to attach a copy of their Press Cards instead of the letter from a media organisation.
After having registered online and uploaded the requested documents, media representatives will be able to access their profile and apply to participate to the Lucca Foreign Ministers Meeting.
