On Wednesday, 7 June, at 10 a.m., the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Angelino Alfano, will meet at the Farnesina the Armenian Foreign Minister, Edward Nalbandian.
A joint press point is scheduled at the end of the meeting.
On the same day, from 11 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. the Farnesina’s International Conference Hall will host a Country Presentation dedicated to Armenia, to be opened with remarks by Undersecretary of State for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Benedetto della Vedova, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Edward Nalbandian.
The Country Presentation will be chaired by the Foreign Ministry’s Director General for Cultural and Economic Promotion and Innovation, Vincenzo De Luca.
During the event, at 11:20 a.m., the agenda schedules the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Italian Trade Agency (Istituto Nazionale per il Commercio con l’Estero – ICE) and the Development Foundation of Armenia (DFA).
Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in following the press point are requested to apply for accreditation in one of the following two ways:

– by sending an email to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation’s Institutional Press and Communication Service at the following address: accreditamentostampa@esteri.it (Tel. + 39 06/3691.3432 or 8573 or 8210), attaching thereto the letter of his/her media organisation (or press card) and, for members of the foreign press, a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organisation’s Country.
Accredited journalists, photographers and TV crews may collect their accreditation badges in person at the rear entrance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation on Via della Macchia della Farnesina, according to the following schedule:
– from 9:45 to 10:15 a.m. to follow the press point;
– from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. to attend the Country Presentation.
