On Monday, 12 March, at 2:45 p.m., the Conference on EU Financial Instruments for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations will be held at the Farnesina.
The conference will open with remarks by Italian Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Angelino Alfano, and EU Commissioner for European Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, Johannes Hahn. They will be followed by three themed panels, and the concluding address will be by the Undersecretary of Foreign Affairs, Vincenzo Amendola.
Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in following the opening session are requested to apply for accreditation in one of the following ways:
– by filling out the interactive form and selecting the event at http://mae.accreditationsystem.info/ITA/Indice.asp, attaching, unless already provided, the information requested in digital format (letter from the media organisation and, for representatives of foreign media, also a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organisation’s country).
– by sending an email to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation’s Institutional Press and Communication Service at: accreditamentostampa@esteri.it, (tel. 06/3691.3432-8573-8210), attaching the letter of their media organisation (or press card for journalists) and, for members of the foreign press, a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organisation’s country.
Accreditation badges must be collected in person from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, at the central entrance – left-hand side – from 2 p.m.
