Please take note that at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, 16 November 2018, the Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ricardo Antonio Merlo, will address the closing day of the 42nd Plenary Assembly of the General Council of Italians Abroad (CGIE), which has been under way at the Farnesina since Monday, 12 November.
Journalists, photographers and TV crews not yet accredited to the event are requested to apply for accreditation by sending an email to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation’s Institutional Press and Communication Service at the following address: accreditamentostampa@esteri.it (Tel. + 39 06/3691.3432 or 8573 or 8210), attaching thereto the letter of his/her media organization containing his/her personal data (or press card for freelance reporters) and, for members of the foreign press, a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organisation’s Country.
Accredited journalists, photographers and TV crews may collect their accreditation badges in person from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, at the Visitor’s Hall at the main entrance – right-hand side – from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.
