UPDATE Media accreditation notice – 43rd CGIE Plenary Assembly (Rome, 3,4,5 July) ​

The 43rd Plenary Assembly of the General Council of Italians Abroad (CGIE) will be held from Wednesday, 3 July to Friday, 5 July 2019.

 

The Assembly sessions will be entirely open to the press and will take place in the following venues and timeslots:

 

Wednesday, 3 July, Farnesina, International Conference Hall, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.

Thursday, 4 July, Villa Lubin – sede del CNEL, from 10:15 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.

Friday, 5 July, Farnesina International Conference Hall, from 09:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

 

Please take special note that the Plenary session will open with remarks by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Enzo Moavero Milanesi, on Wednesday, 3 July at 10:00 a.m.

 

Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in covering the event are requested to apply for accreditation in one of the following two ways: 

  

• ONLINE, at the link https://portaleaccreditamento.esteri.it, attaching thereto the requested documentation in digital format (letter of his/her media organization containing his/her personal data and, for members of the foreign press, also a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organisation’s Country).

Accredited journalists, photographers and TV crews will be able to access the different venues according to the following timeslots:

Wednesday, 3 July, Farnesina, through the main entrance, right-hand side, (Visitors Lounge), from 9:30 a.m.

Thursday, 4 July, Villa Lubin – sede del CNEL, viale Davide Lubin, 2, from 9:45 a.m.

Friday, 5 July, Farnesina, through the main entrance, right-hand side, (Visitors Lounge), from 9:00 a.m.
