Press accreditation note: G20 International Trade Ministerial Meeting (Sorrento – 12 October 2021)

On Tuesday 12 October 2021, from 9.00 am, the G20 International Trade Ministers’ Meeting will take place in Sorrento (Grand Hotel Riviera), chaired by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Luigi Di Maio. The Press Conference of the Italian Presidency of the G20 will take place at 17:15.

The event will be preceded by the welcome of Minister Luigi Di Maio to the Heads of Delegation, which will be held in Sorrento at the Correale di Terranova Museum, at 19:15 pm on Monday 11 October.

 

ACCREDITATION

Advance accreditation of media representatives is mandatory.

All requests for accreditation must be received no later than Friday 8 October 2021, via the online registration at the G20-2021 link (g20italia2021.org) or via the “Accreditations” section of the G20 website https://www.g20.org/.

To access the venues of the meeting and the Media Centre, the result of a negative rapid swab taken within 48 hours prior to access will be required.

Journalists already accredited for previous G20 Ministerials will need specific accreditation for the International Trade Ministerial Meeting.

You are reminded that you must apply in advance to register for the pools  by writing to accreditamentostampa@esteri.it.

Pool badge collection will take place at the Press Accreditation Desk at the Grand Hotel Europa Palace, Via Correale 34/36 in Sorrento (see Media Handbook).

Family photographs will be made available on the G20 website.

All photographs and images produced by the Host Broadcaster will be accessible by accredited press representatives via a link that will be sent to those who have requested accreditation.
