PRESS ACCREDITATION NOTE

Italy Quality Day – Leonardo Awards Ceremony

On Tuesday 15 April at 4:00 p.m., the Italy Quality Day – Leonardo Awards Ceremony will be held at Villa Madama, in the Sala della Loggia, in the presence of the Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Antonio Tajani, and the Minister for Enterprises and Made in Italy Adolfo Urso. Also present will be the President of the Leonardo Committee Sergio Dompè, the President of Confindustria Emanuele Orsini, the President of the Italian Trade Agency Matteo Zoppas, the Director-General of the Italian Trade Agency Lorenzo Galanti, the Director-General of Confindustria Maurizio Tarquini, and the Secretary-General of the Leonardo Committee Roberto Luongo.

The awarding of the Leonardo Prizes is a highly anticipated and prestigious event, attended by senior institutional representatives and members of the Italian business community. Each year, the Leonardo Committee, founded in 1993 through a joint initiative by Confindustria, the ITA, and a group of entrepreneurs and cultural figures, presents the Leonardo Prize to an Italian or foreign individual who has significantly contributed to affirming and promoting the image of Italy worldwide. The Leonardo Italian Quality Prizes are awarded to entrepreneurs whose companies have stood out during the year for innovation in product quality, combined with a strong international, commercial, and production outlook.

Journalists, photographers and cameramen interested in attending the event can apply for accreditation by sending a request by 5:00 p.m. on Monday 14 April via e-mail to accreditamentostampa@esteri.it (tel. 06/3691 8210, 3432, 3078 or 8573), as follows:
