UPDATED PRESS ACCREDITATION NOTE
Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025
(Rome, 10-11 July 2025)
The Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025, co-organised by Italy and Ukraine, will take place in Rome on Thursday 10 and Friday 11 July 2025, at the Rome Convention Center La Nuvola.
Advance accreditation is mandatory.
Journalists, photographers and cameramen interested in attending must apply for accreditation by midnight (local time) on Thursday 3 July 2025, via the dedicated portal: https://www.urc2025.it/mediahome.aspx, uploading the required documentation.
Please note that a maximum of two journalists per media outlet can be accredited.
The provisional programme includes the following:
Thursday, 10 July

Media access to specific sessions will be announced in due course.
It is recommended to check in advance whether a visa is required to enter Italy by consulting the following link: https://vistoperitalia.esteri.it/home.aspx. Visa requirements must be fulfilled before arrival in Italy.
Press badges for journalists, photographers and cameramen (subject to confirmation by email) will be distributed at the Palazzo dei Congressi (Rome) at the following times:
- 9 July: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- 10 July: 7:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. (for early arrivals) and 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- 11 July: 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
The Press Centre will be located at the Palazzo dei Congressi (EUR, Piazza John Fitzgerald Kennedy, 1), approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the EUR Fermi metro station (Line B).
Opening hours of the Press Centre:
- 10 July: 07:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
- 11 July: 08:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Please be advised that, for the duration of the Conference, Public Security Authorities will implement specific measures limiting vehicular access and parking around the Rome Convention Center La Nuvola and the Palazzo dei Congressi.
Video footage produced by the Host Broadcaster will be made available to accredited media via a dedicated link, which will be shared in due course.
A selection of official photographs and videos will also be accessible via the URC website and the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI).
