London: fifth meeting of Italy4innovation

Italy4innovation, the series of meetings promoted by the Italian Embassy in London to assist bilateral collaborations and promote the image of our Country, has reached its fifth appointment. The focus this time was on the scaling up of start-ups with great potential that need capital injections to expand in international markets. This sector in the United Kingdom is particularly interesting since it accounts for 34% of the European scale-ups, while the Italian ones are only 3.2%. The meeting, attended by some thirty companies and investors from the two Countries, was organized in collaboration with Italian and British partners, such as InnovateUK, SilverPeak, Orrick, Inventya, Fondo Italiano Investimento and ScaleIT, and moderated by Angela Antetomaso,  journalist of Class CNBC.
