An exhibition of artists’ books inspired by Dante, “Dante e la Divina Commedia (Dante and the Divine Comedy)”, has been organised in Seoul on the occasion of the Week of the Italian Language in the World. The exhibition, an initiative of Sojeon Gallery and realised in collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institute of Seoul, will be inaugurated on 26 October and will remain open to the public, at Sojeonsorim Gallery, until 31 January 2022.
In the Book Art exhibition, it will be possible to admire books and works by artists inspired by Dante, such as William Blake, Salvador Dalì, Gustav Dorè and many others. Inside the exhibition, it is also available, in collaboration with the Cineteca of Bologna, the projection of the film “Inferno (1911,68 min)”.
