Guida agli Affari in Brasile
Guida agli Affari in Brasile

The new and updated edition of the “Doing Business in Brazil Guide”, realised by the Italian Embassy in Brasilia in partnership with GM Venture and KPMG, was presented at Confindustria. Ambassador Azzarello , Mr. Massana and Mr. Esposito gave their speeches at the event. On 3 April, the Guide will be presented at the Banca Intesa Sanpaolo headquarters in Milan.

The Guide – available for free – provides information on business opportunities in Brazil, from the most to the least known sectors, including emerging sectors with high growth potential. The new edition of the “Doing Business in Brazil Guide” by the Italian Embassy in Brasilia is a joint work realised by several private and public actors of the Economic Country System to provide entrepreneurs with an up-to-date, effective and complete operational tool to access the Brazilian market.

Featuring a new graphic design, the Guide describes the market opportunities offered by Brazil, the fifth-largest country worldwide and sixth in terms of population, with a GDP equal to about half of the South American one. In addition to the market sectors in which the Italian businesses and operators have already gained a good – although non-exhaustive – presence, the Guide focuses on sectors with great growth potential. To be included for the first time are fitness and wellbeing, pet care, sustainability and energy transition, namely the sectors in which Brazil may become a prominent global player.

Attached to the Guide are two Annexes providing basic legal information and a list of the 987 SMEs and corporations operating in the country.
