The support platform for European companies interested in operating in Uganda is nearing completion. The new scheme will give Italy a key role, given that the Business Club Italia (BCI) in Kampala will be included in the governance structure. Promoted by the EU Delegation in Kampala, the initiative is designed to support and defend members in matters concerning taxation, local legislation, tenders, and permits. The new structure will act in coordination with the Ugandan authorities as local institutional partners.
