Writer Dacia Maraini, who is also Italian Ambassador for Culture to the Czech Republic and Slovakia, took part on 7 March in ameeting at the Italian Cultural Institute in Prague organised by the Prague committee of the Dante Alighieri Society entitled, “Dacia Maraini: narration”, which garnered both critical and public success. For international Women’s Day, the author also presented the Slovak translation of her novel, “Il treno dell’ultima notte” in Bratislava.
