A business club to strengthen the Italian presence in Uganda formed in May is an association of approximately 50 firms, which include groups such as SAIPEM, and will be formally launched on 8 October at the Kampala International Trade Fair, which runs from 4 to 10 October. The idea for the club came from Italian Ambassador Stefano Dejak, and was immediately welcomed by the international community in the country. Agriculture and energy will be in the forefront.
