An important instrument of “freedom that must respect the dignity of the thoughts of others and must never be a tool of aggression – not even verbal – but a place for dialogue: a vast international agora”, of “immense value to Italian foreign policy”, the minister continued, recalling that for “many months I too have been using it”. “I have tried to encourage all the ministry’s personnel, all the men and women who serve their country daily around the world, to enter the social media circuit”, Terzi pointed out.
