Los Angeles: designer jewels on display

The exhibition entitled “Orodautore”, a collection of contemporary jewellery designed by the likes of Gae Aulenti, Pietro Cascella, Mario Ceroli, Piero Dorazio, Dario Fo, Stefano Giovannoni, Eliseo Mattiacci, Alessandro Mendini, Bruno Munari, Michelangelo Pistoletto, Arnaldo and Giò Pomodoro and Ettore Sottsass and inspired by Piero Della Francesca, will run at the Italian Cultural Institute of Los Angeles from 14 November to 12 January, and in parallel with the exhibition “Florence at the Dawn of the Renaissance” at the Getty Museum. The exhibition’s aim is to place attention on Italian excellence in the art of goldsmithing.
