Italy and Serbia are joining forces to combat organised crime. An international seminar on re-using, for social purposes, assets confiscated as the proceeds of organised crime took place recently in Palazzo Italia in Belgrade. The event, organised with the help of the Italian Embassy, was attended by members of the judiciary, the Home Affairs and Justice ministries, the academic community and Serbian civil society.
