Italy and Oman are establishing ever-closer links, thanks in part to art: an exhibition entitled “Italy in Muscat – Connecting cultures through ceramic art” has just taken place in Muscat. The event was organised by the Italian embassy and the Sultanate, along with Umbria Region, Gubbio Town Council and private sponsors in Oman. It showcased ceramics produced by Italian and Omani artists after a residency in Gubbio, and works by Umbrian master ceramists. Read more, in Italian
