Italy and Serbia are drawing ever-closer through culture. The celebrations for the anniversary of the Edict of Milan were marked by a performance of Giuseppe Verdi’s Aida, staged by the National Theatre of Belgrade in collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institute. The audience included the President of the Republic of Serbia, Tomislav Nikolic; Foreign Minister Ivan Mrkic; and the Minister for Natural Resources, Milan Bacevic. Read more, in Italian.
