The Foreign Ministry is going increasingly green: Renault Italia has made a “Twizzy” electric quadricycle available for a week’s test-drive, to be used by officials as they get around the city – free of charge – as part of a wide-ranging series of eco-friendly initiatives undertaken by the foreign ministry within its “Green Farnesina” Action Plan.
