Music and dance from the late-Mediaeval and Renaissance periods to celebrate the 700th anniversary of the birth of Boccaccio and the 500th anniversary of Niccolò Machiavelli’s “The Prince”. The Italian consulate in Freiburg organised a concert by Italian company “La Rossignol” to pay homage to the beauty of the Italian language, past and present, and to two famous writers from the 14th and 16th centuries. The concert was part of the programme of events celebrating the 13th “Italian Language in the World Week”. Read more, in Italian.
