Another happy ending in the retrieval of stolen Italian artworks: the Romanian authorities handed over 22 paintings and 18 books to the Carabinieri specialised art-retrieval corps, which had probably been stolen from churches many years earlier. Italian ambassador Diego Brasioli praised the excellent cooperation between the Italian and Romanian police. Read more, in Italian.
