The first Russian-language website dedicated to tourism in Italy was presented at the Italian Embassy in Moscow in the presence of local tour operators.
The site – Italiagodturisma.com – was created to promote the Italy-Russia Year of Tourism, launched by President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Enrico Letta in Trieste in November 2013. The site includes information on events and tourism attractions in Italy – culture, nature, food and wine – as well as practical tips, for example on visas. The Russian market is viewed as one of the most promising for 2014. Read more, in Italian.
