Ethiopia – Artemis Danza brings ‘Traviata’ to Addis Ababa

The Artemis Danza dance company recently staged a performance of La Traviata in the capital city of Addis Ababa before an enthusiastic audience that included high ranking authorities and 900 other guests, and was well covered by the media. Organised by the Italian Cultural Institute in collaboration with the Italian embassy in Addis Ababa, the occasion was the bicentennial of the birth of Giuseppe Verdi. Read more, in Italian.
