Brazil – Cardano and Leonardo come to Sao Paulo

“Cardano e Leonardo da Vinci. Un’immersione nel Rinascimento” is the title of a conference by physician and writer Raul Emerich to be organised and hosted by the Italian Cultural Institute of Sao Paulo on 31 July. The noted Brazilian allergologist is also well known for his writings, which include the novel “Cardano. Ascencao, tragédia e glória na Renascenca Italiana ” (Cardano – the rise, tragedy and glory of the Italian Renaissance), on the life of Girolamo Cardano, important 16th physician, scientist, writer, philosopher and mathematician.
