The Italian Cultural Institute in Lima has organised and hosted a refresher course for teachers of Italian language and culture, which took place from 17 to 19 November 2014. In recent years, Peru – which has enjoyed 10 years of unbroken economic growth and is well placed to become one of Latin America’s leading economies – has seen a boom in the numbers studying our language.
