As part of the cultural programme associated with the Italian Presidency of the Council of the EU organised at the Italian embassy in Paris, the embassy’s Sicilian Theatre staged a theatrical interpretation of “Goldoni perdu et retrouvé”, adapted from texts by Carlo Goldoni in both French and Italian and performed by Pierre Santini with the participation of Valeria Mastrangelo.
“Les Liaisons Heureuses”
The event, part of the “Les Liaisons Heureuses” a highly acclaimed programme of workshops, performances and reflections conducted in schools, was conceived by comedy writer and theatre critic Maurizio Scaparro to celebrate Italian and French theatre.
