The headquarters of the Italian community of Visinada, a Croatian town in Istria, was dedicated recently in a ceremony whose participants included President of the Croatian Republic Ivo Josipovic, Ambasador of Italy Emanuela D’Alessandro and Italian Consul Renato Cianfarani. Josipovic praised the “excellent relations between Italy and Croatia” and, in that regard, spoke of the deep relationship that bound him to Giorgio Napolitano, and of his frequent contacts with Italians living in that country and with representatives of expatriates. As for Istria, he also pointed out his “appreciation for the example of co-existence, friendship and collaboration it sets for all of Croatia”. Read more, in Italian.
