Bratislava – Italian jazz trio jazz opens concert cycle

Bratislava gave an enthusiastic reception to a jazz concert by the Kekko Forarnelli Trio, which launched a full calendar of musical events organized by the Italian Cultural Institute. After performing in numerous festivals and clubs, pianist Kekko Formarelli, bass player Giorgio Vendola and drummer Dario Congedo stopped off in the Slovakian capital for a presentation of their new album ”Outrush”, which was received with acclaim by critics and public alike.  The trio offers an unusual interpretation compared with traditional jazz formations, combining the use of electronic and acoustic instruments.
