The Italian Embassy in Prague
has opened its doors for a working meeting between Czech travel agencies and
representatives of our regions, towns and cities. The aim of the event is to
illustrate regions as yet little known to Czech tourists, such as Campania or
Piedmont, and towns and cities like Bologna, Ferrara, Lucca and Bergamo. As
Aldo Amato, the Italian Ambassador in Prague, told participants, “We’ve
organised this meeting along with the ACK CR association of travel agencies,
which has supported us – and will continue to do so – in this new challenge”.
In 2012, 549,000 Czech tourists visited Italy, for visits lasting on average
over one week. Read
