“Mesa Expo 2015: Food production and healthy eating in public sector schools”. That’s the title of a seminar that will take place on 10 April 2015 at Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ). The event is organised by UERJ in collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institute, as part of the Year of Italy in Latin America events and the initiatives to promote EXPO Milan. Italian and Brazilian experts will discuss the potential for adapting the traditional Italian “peasant” diet to Brazilian farming methods. Read more, in Italian.
