The purpose of Chairman of the National Research Council (CNR) Prof. Luigi Nicolais’ mission to Norway was to meet with local institutions (primarily, the University of the Svalbard Unis) and to visit the permanent Italian scientific base Dirigibile Italia. He was accompanied by Enrico Brugnoli, director of the Department of Earth Systems Sciences and Environmental Technologies and spokesperson Giuseppe Festinese. After a stop in Oslo, the chairman met with our ambassador to Norway Giorgio Novello. Read more, in Italian
