Twelve Italian and international artists staged an event entitled “Embodied Resilience” in the exceptional setting of the Italian Embassy in Berlin. Participating artists included the American Kate Gilmore; Germans Lisa Stertz and Ulrike Mohr; Italians Filippo Berta, Diego Cibelli, Cristian Chironi, Davide Anni, Mocellin and Pellegrini; Argentinian Marcio Carvalho; and Romanian Anca Benera and Arnold Estefan. The event was co-organised by the Peninsula cultural association.
As the Italian Ambassador, Pietro Benassi, underscored, the Embassy has for years opened its doors to culture and the arts, for example with the “ITaliens” exhibitions, and intends to go on doing so. Read more, in Italian.
