“The Seduction of Food, Food to Seduce” is the tittle of a seminar taking place at the Italian Cultural Institute in Rio de Janeiro on 3 June 2015. The initiative is part of the cycle of events dedicated to the central theme of the Universal Exposition in Milan, “Nourishing the Planet”. It also part of the “Year of Italy in Latin America” events. The seminar will be led by Professor Maria Giuseppina Muzzarelli from the University of Bologna. Read more, in Italian.
