Everything is ready for the re-opening of the Berne branch of the Dante Alighieri Society, with a launch event on 22 June 2015 featuring author Maurizio de Giovanni. The Society, which recently elected Anna Pompei Rüdeberg as President, has thanked the Italian Ambassador in Berne, Cosimo Risi, for his support in promoting the Italian language and culture in Swiss territory.
