Italian ambassador Cecilia Piccioni and Deputy Minister for Finance of Vietnam Truong Chi Trung signed a technical accord regulating the use of a 7.7 million EUR fund to be used for a number of projects in priority sectors of socio-economic development and environmental protection in the poorest areas of central Vietnam.
