China: from 11 to 18 Setember Cuisine Festival in Yangzhou
The “Silk Road Cities Cuisine Cultural Exchanges – Yangzhou Week” will take place from 11 to 18 September.
The Festival, part of the celebrations for the city’s 2,500 year anniversary, will be dedicated to the culture of cuisine, and Italy has been invited as guest of honour. It will take place in the Yangzhou Food Industry Park, a fair dedicated to food industry production, R & D, logistics of the refrigeration chain and industrial tourism.
The local authorities have offered Italian firms wishing to participate specially favourable conditions: free stands, the possibility to sell their products, free hotel accommodation for two persons for each stand, refrigeration for food products, B2Bs for firms that request them, publicity and media promotion. The authorities predict that the fair will draw at least 100,000 visitors.
