Vinitaly International is opening up to Italian food, as well as wine, in Shanghai, with a pavilion at the Wine & Dine festival taking place from 18 to 20 September 2015. Italian food and wine will be represented by the Da Marco and Jacky Group restaurant brands, with their chefs Marco Barbieri and Jacky Xue. Two big names from Italy, Fabbri and Illy, will be promoting Italian ice cream and coffee through the event. Read more, in Italian.
