Lisbon – Italy in the Great War – centenary celebrated in Portugal

The Italian Cultural Institute in Lisbon is hosting events to mark the 100th anniversary of Italy entering the First World War. Tuesday 27 October 2015 will see a screening of the film “Uomini contro” by Francesco Rosi, with a presentation by researcher Carmine Cassino. On Tuesday 3 November, historian Giuseppe Monsagrati will give a lecture on “1914-1918, a War of Interpretations”. Read more, in Italian.
