The kitchens of the Italian Embassy in London will be hosting a master class by the Federazione Italiana Cuochi (Italian Federation of Chefs). The class will be held by Francesco Mazzei, President of the Federation’s British delegation and chef at the Sartoria restaurant; Danilo Cortellini, Deputy President and chef at the Embassy; and Guglielmo Arnulfo, another Italian chef working at the Acciuga restaurant. Participants will receive a certificate.
In the evening, the Federation will offer a dinner – risotto al tartufo, guancialino di vitello alla pizzaiola ed erbette amare and, to finish, crema al bergamotto con sorbetto al cioccolato amaro e croccante di pistacchio – attended by Ambassador Pasquale Terracciano. Read more, in Italian.
