Madrid celebrates the 500th anniversary of the first edition of Orlando Furioso by Ludovico Ariosto with an exhibition and a theatrical performance. The exhibit of various editions of the book and selected drawings and etchings, entitled “El furioso en la Bne, una selecion”, opens Tuesday at the Biblioteca Nacional de Espana. The Italian Cultural Institute of Madrid will host a performance of “Orlando furiosamente solo rotolando”, staged and performed by Enrico Messina, next Thursday. Read more, in Italian.
