The 13th International Film Festival, organised in collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institute, is taking place in the Albanian capital and runs until 5 November 2015. This year the event includes a programme of Italian short films curated by the Italian Short Film Centre, featuring some of the most successful Italian shorts from 2014 and 2015.
