Tunisia – Non-stop Theatre Festival of Kef

As part of the the “24 heures de theatre non-stop du Kef”, on 26 March 2017 the Italian Cultural Institute in Tunis, in partnership with the Centre des Arts Dramatiques et Scéniques of Kef, will present ‘Fiesta’, a show by the Teatro Due Mondi theatre company. Preceding the show, on 25 March, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., the artists will hold a workshop entitled “Le theatre de rue comme outil pour l’inclusion sociale” (“Street performances as an instrument of social inclusion”). Fiesta is an itinerant show that converts city streets into a South-American style “fiesta” livened up with the beat of drums, three-meter tall characters with papier-mâché faces, banners, costumes and fireworks.
